Every person processes at a different rate, I do not set a time limit on sessions. It is impoortant to make space and time for your logical mind to understand and your nervous system to be calm once we come to the end of a session.

MOST sessions are 90 minutes, I allow a 2 hour window per appointment. Each session is 120CHF /hour
