Melanie’s training style focuses on alignment, thoughtful body weight movement, core conditioning, balance and stability. As a Natural Health Practitioner, Melanie’s classes have an energy that is both challenging and healing for the body, mind and spirit.

Teaching Seefeld: Mondays & Tuesdays all classes, Thursdays 6.30 & 18.00, alternating Saturdays

Tanya has been teaching yoga and barre for over 5 years for private, corporate and prenatal clients in Singapore and Zurich. She incorporates her Ashtanga yoga practice into her classes, adding mindfulness and intention to her Slow Burn Barre instruction.

Involved in competitive sports and fitness from a young age, Kristina has a passion for fitness and it really shows when she teaches. Her classes are high energy in the most balanced way. With a little one of her own, Kristina uses her own journey to assist mothers in their postpartum journey to reconnect to their bodies and find their core strength and balance.

Mat Pilates

Natalie has been dancing since the age of 3 and teaching ballet for the past 8 years. She combines her classical training with certifications in mat and Reformer pilates to challenge her clients in new and creative ways. This knowledge combined with her energetic personality makes for a super fun, sweaty and dynamic class.

Sebestian brings his genuine love of people and teaching into every class. He has many fitness certifications and has been teaching all over the world for years, most recently with the Les Mills Dance Program. Sebestian combines his background in dance and his love for fitness in his high intensity Barre classes.
