All classes are non-refundable, BUT we allow make up classes. Once you sign up for a class (via email, in person, on text, instagram, smoke signals, or any other form of notification) you are required to pay for the session requested.
Things happen!! We all have busy lives and know you can’t always make it. We love it when you come to class, but if you can’t then you have the OPTION to make-up the class, but it is up to you to let us know.
Here is what needs to happen:
1. To make-up a class you must give us 10 hours notice (email, text or voicemail) prior to the start of the class.
2. Your classes must be made-up within the 10 week session.
3. If you are going on vacation simply let us know the dates you will be gone. We will be jealous and will miss you…and will work with you to schedule your make up classes.
4. If we do not hear from you and you do not come to class, the class can not be made-up.
5. If you are sick: email, text or call as soon as you can and the class can be made up another time.
